The role of the HUBs as part of the National Strategies SEN Programme is to:

* Embed National Policies and Initiatives with fidelity and consistency.
* Provide channels of feedback to the DfE & National Strategies on the impact of policies.
* Improve the educational experience and life chances of all children and young people including those with SEN.
